When you and your tradesmen have finished the electric works, plumbing, and framing, this is where the first phase takes place. Either you or us have to remove large items such as debris, trash, leftover materials and other items that cannot be vacuumed. General sweeping or vacuuming will then follow. We have a hoover allocated only for this job and in case you already removed your skip we can take it to the local tip.
STEP 2: LIGHT CLEAN
Out of the three steps in the after builders cleaning is the real heavy duty work and requires a lot of cleaning equipment. We will address each rooms, the hallway and the toilet and even the entrance area if needed. Sinks, toilets, windows, cabinets are just some of the installed items that are being thoroughly cleaned on this phase. .We are happy to include items like the chandelier or the sofas that needs special carpet and upholstery cleaning
Further cleaning of the areas with removed stickers done on the first phase is also being dealt with here; areas such as windows, glass areas, doors, walls, and such. After this phase, it is one step closer to the moving-in of clients.

STEP 3: FINISHING CLEAN
We walk over the whole area, with microfibre cloths and clean all the surfaces once again.
